* hotel area looks very degraded (garbage at the entrance to the hotel area); * hotel looks as if it was not maintained since a couple of years * area outside the building is not maintained and not appealing * breakfast-room has hardly daylight; in some corners there are fungi at the ceiling * WLAN did not work properly; server repeatedly did not supply IP-address; it was annoying to remind the staff several times a day to reset their server; finally I gave up;
